Turmeric (haldi) - Turmeric is one of the widely used home remedies a2 desi ghee for hair wound. It has natural healing properties. Take a glass of hot milk mixed with approx. half teaspoon turmeric powder in case of an internal wound or injury. This will prevent any complication arising from any hidden blood loss inside the body.

Making ghee is a simple process, taking about 20 minutes. Using one pound of good quality unsalted butter will yield approximately 10 to 12 ounces of ghee. I mention using good quality butter for good reason. Higher quality butter generally has a lower moisture content. Too much moisture in the simmering butter will result in large pops and bursts, sending boiling temperature butter all over the stove and you. Obviously, this is dangerous.

First let us start with simple exercises. We need not necessarily go to gym. We need not strain ourselves too much also. We can stay fit with simple meditation in house followed by doing small household works like cleaning.



Amla is one those homely materials which is used in India for prevention of website hair pigment and whole hair care. It is also called gooseberries. It is a valuable hair tonic and very much helpful for enriching hair growth and hair pigmentation. At first these fruits are cut into pieces and then they are dried in shade. After that they are boiled in coconut oil till they are like scorched like thing. The mixture is now like black oil and it is very much helpful for preventing the onset of graying of hair.
